New favorite

The second round of the Grand Futsal League among amateur teams began with confident victories FC Liikuri over favorites of the championship Zapadnaya Granica and Kalev Vesi.

Finishing 6th in the first round, FC Liikuri now leading the championship. Managed by Pavel Hodossov, the team shows truly spectacular futsal game and has all the chances to become a Grand League Champion!  Players of FC Liikuri occupy the leading positions among the best players in the Grand League. 

On Saturday, February 5th, the team expect the match against a serious rival team of Green Way that holds currently second place in the standings and has not suffered any defeats in second round matches. 

For two matches to come on Saturday is another contender for the title - a team from Jõhvi Ahtme Wagon.  Their first match is against Inter Tallinn led by Swiss national living in Estonia David Bader. It should be noted that the previous day Inter Tallinn play with the team FC Jorma in Sparta, and may look tired in the match on Saturday. 

After resting the team led by Mikhail Kharitanovich Ahtme Vagon is having a match vs  Kalev Vesi, who started the second round with two defeats against Green Way and FC Liikuri. 

Coming weekend will be really crucial to the team Kalev Vesi in the fight for the title. In the case of defeat on Saturday with Ahtme Wagon and on Sunday vs Zapadnaya Granica the prize will be unreachable.
