Daring wins over favourites
News added: 02/13/2010 15:05- Teams of Police and SEB the newcomers of the Corporate Championship of Futsal started swiftly having two confident wins.
Police team started the competition day with triumph victory over Skype Bugs – the finalist of the recent Christmas Corporate Cup. Then they continued their winning pace and defeated the Swedbank team. One more match in Group B between Marine Care and Swedbank 5:1 almost assures the playoff place for “marines”.
In group C the team of SEB bank created furore winning one by one over Swissotel (2:0) and AF Automaatika (5:3). Thought the second sensation was done by Swissotel that could pip at the post over a favorite, the Ericsson squad (4:3).
Of the remaining matches of the competition day three note the expected Ericsson team victory over AF Automaatika (4:1) and another success of a group A leader – Netlead in the match against HireRight (3:1).
The fourth competition day of the Championship is scheduled on Wednesday 17th of February starting at 21:00 in Sparta Sport Center.
