The tournament is held in Sport Complex Loo, on Saturday 16th October, at Spordi tee 5, Loo, Jõelähtme, Harjumaa.

Group games in preliminary stage with 3-5 teams in the round robin.

Teams that arrive first or second in the group stage get into play off ¼ (QF), or ½ (SF) or Final. The number of teams that enter the final stage of the tournament, as well as defining stages of play offs (from QF to Final) determined by the organizer of the tournament, depending on the number of participating teams and available time allotted for the tournament. All the teams will be informed about this before the tournament starts.

Teams that did not get first or second position in group stage will get into Small Cup play-off competition (consolidation round).

Duration of one game during group stage is 10 minutes (one half without brake) “dirty time”.
Duration one game during playoffs is 12 minutes (one half without brake) “dirty time”.

In case of a draw in play off stage, a series of penalty shots until first miss.

Who can play

1. All interested amateur teams and players may participate in the tournament.
2. No room for professionals that include Football players of Master or First league of the Championships of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in 2010 season. Restrictions also apply to football players of second and (third league)* of the Championship of Estonia in 2010 season.
3. Players that are registered in Master or First league of Futsal for the Championships of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in 2010/2011 season.
4. The restrictions do not apply to players 34 years and older.
5. *Only one Football player from Third league can be a member of the team if not related to section 2 or 3.
6. The restrictions do not apply to players that took part of the Championship of Estonia of Beach soccer, if do not refer to section 2 or 3.

Minimum number of players per team - 5 (a goalkeeper and six field players, 4+1). Maximum number of players per team - 12, including a team leader if the leader takes part in the games and declared in the squad list. Also, delegation of the team may include an additional two leaders that are not playing in the matches.

Amendment 1.
Due to the fact that there are currently only two Futsal divisions in Estonia – Master and First League, players of First Futsal League in season 2009/2010 are accepted to participate in the tournament if do not refer to section 2. Master Futsal League players of 2009/2010 season (registered in match protocols) are not accepted.
