Regulations

Tallinn Corporate Cup of Futsal runs in accordance with international rules of Futsal, approved by FIFA in 1999, except for certain items, which will be described below.

The tournament organizers reserve the right to the following changes:

1. In the corporate tournament can play teams that representing the company or public institutions. For corporate teams can play only employees of this company or public institutions.

2. Players

a) A match shall be played by two teams, each consisting of no more than five players, one of whom is the goalkeeper (4+1).

b) The maximum number of players in the squad list for the tournament is 10 (including a core composition).

c) Unlimited substitutes. On any of your team’s restarts i.e. throw in, goal kick, corner kick, free kick, after a goal has been scored by either team and during a stoppage of play for an injury.

d) The substituted player must leave the pitch in a particular zone for replacements. The same applies to substituting the player. 3. Legionaries

a) Maximum 3 legionaries may play in a team, but in pitch only one, except goalkeeper (1+1).

b) Master league (football and futsal) players are not allowed to participate if they are not employee of company or public institutions. The lower leagues players are welcome.

4.The duration of game

a) The duration of one game is 20 minutes (2x10).

b) One Time-out (30 sec) is allowed to use during the match per each team.

5. Fouls and misconduct

a) Foul in the fight for the ball shall be punished by a direct free kick.

b)Foul within the goalkeeper zone shall be punished with a penalty direct kick from 6 meters.

c) After commencing 5 faults, the team will get penalty direct kick from the 10 meters (second penalty point) after each fault.

6. Tie breakers

If at the conclusion of group games or if a tie breaker is needed for any reason, the following criteria will be used to break any ties in the order listed:

a) Head to head competition (not used if more than 2 teams tied, instead proceed straight to b)

b)Goal difference

c)Goals scored

d)Fare play (amount of yellow, red cards).

e)Penalties, until first shot miss.
