Amateur football teams are invited to participate in the Tallinn Open Cup Grandliga of 2013. 10 clubs that are playing in the Championship Grandliga 2013 are already confirmed participation, but there are still places available! - What is the innovation of the Cup?
- The tournament is played with double-elimination format in which a participant ceases to be eligible to win tournament upon having lost two matches. This, in the opinion of the organizers, to minimize the possibility of accidental victories and defeats.

- Who can take part?
