Games resume are postponed again

News added: 02/02/2021 14:46
Due to the fact that restrictions on conducting amateur competitions have not been lifted, Grandliiga games renewal is postponed.

At the moment, the resumption of games has been postponed to February 20 - 21, 2021.

As follows from the latest official documents of the Government of the Republic of Estonia and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Estonia, the following relaxation of restrictions regarding indoor trainings and games was adopted:

1) Allowed to conduct training in groups of 10+1

2) The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Estonia gave permission to conduct matches for the teams of the top and first leagues participating in the competitive system of sports governing bodies.

It is unfortunate that the resumption of Grandliiga games is still being delayed. But undoubtedly, the mitigations are already visible, as teams can start training, and also games for the first leagues are allowed. We hope that the following softening will also apply to amateur indoor sports as well.

In the event that restrictions do not allow the resumption of games until the end of February 2021, the organizing committee will consider additional changes to the 2020/21 futsal season regulations, which will notify all participants.
